How old do I have to be to get a service?
You must be 18+ years of age or older. We do not accept minors as clients at this time.

Do you offer prenatal (pregnany) massage?
We do not at this time, but we wish you an extremely healthy and wonderful journey on the new addition to your family!

What products do you use in your massages, and what are the ingredients?
We use MassageFX Hypoallergenic cream. The ingredients are: Water, Octyl Palmitate, Sunflower Seed Oil (Helianthus Annuus), Safflower Oil (Carthamus Tinctorius), soybean oil(Glycine soja), Canola Oil, Steric Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Gluconolactone and Sodium Benzoate, Grapeseed oil (Vitis Vinifera), Arnica montana (Arnica)Flower Extract, Vitamin E (Tocopherol Acetate), Tetrasodium EDTA.

Can I bring in my own products for you to use?
Unfortunately, we are not able to use any products regardless of the reasoning that you bring from outside. All we use on clients is what we have in the building.

How do I know if an infrared sauna is safe for me?
If you have any concerns that an infrared sauna is not safe for you, you should reach out to a physician for clearance to use one. We do not recommend using one if you have any concerns. The use of infrared saunas is at your own risk.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 24-hours, or no-show an appointment, you will need to put a card on file in order to book another appointment. If you cancel within 24-hours or no-show a second time, you'll be charged $50 and will need to prepay for each booked appointment moving forward the full price.

Will you see a client who is diagnosed with/in active treatment for cancer?
While we would absolutely love and be honored to, we are not trained in Oncology massage and highly believe that a therapist who works with you should be trained as such. It's an ethical decision on our end.
